Dear Members,

Family businesses are unlike any other businesses. They are built on trust, driven by purpose, and sustained by the shared ambition of generations. In our region, they constitute more than 85% of businesses, create more than 70% of employment, and have the biggest contribution to countries’ GDPs. 

At FBN Levant, we believe that the future of family businesses is built through meaningful connections, continuous learning, and the courage to evolve while remaining true to who we are. Our mission is to create a community “By Families, For Families, Across Generations”, where business families come together to learn, connect and exchange in a safe space, be inspired by one another, prepare confidently for the days to come, and feel the true support of belonging to a community that understands your needs and struggles.

Whether discussing governance, succession, innovation, leadership, or family dynamics, we provide a trusted environment for authentic conversations to take place, for knowledge to be shared generously, and for lasting relationships to be built. Part of FBN International, with over 55 Chapters and more than 17,000 members worldwide, our Levant Chapter brings together members from Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Syria, and has continued to grow for the past ten years into an increasingly impactful and engaged community. Together, we have strengthened our partnerships, expanded opportunities for members and the Next Generation, and reinforced our commitment to excellence, collaboration, and lifelong learning. 

As Chairwoman, I am honored to serve a community whose members continue to demonstrate strength, vision, and care. My aspiration is for FBN Levant to remain the leading platform where business families connect across generations, learn together, and build enduring legacies that extend well beyond business.
