Carole Moudaber Haddad
A corporate lawyer, board director, and family business advisor with more than 25 years of experience advising corporations, business families, family offices, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs across the Middle East and West Africa. Her practice focuses on corporate governance, commercial and family law, family business advisory, succession and ownership transition planning, business restructuring, complex commercial transactions, dispute resolution, and board advisory. She has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, and multi-jurisdictional legal matters, helping organizations navigate growth, leadership transitions, and business continuity. She serves on the boards of companies operating in the construction, manufacturing, contracting, and consumer goods sectors.
