Chairwoman

Carole Moudaber Haddad

A corporate lawyer, board director, and family business advisor with more than 25 years of experience advising corporations, business families, family offices, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs across the Middle East and West Africa. Her practice focuses on corporate governance, commercial and family law, family business advisory, succession and ownership transition planning, business restructuring, complex commercial transactions, dispute resolution, and board advisory. She has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, and multi-jurisdictional legal matters, helping organizations navigate growth, leadership transitions, and business continuity. She serves on the boards of companies operating in the construction, manufacturing, contracting, and consumer goods sectors. She is Chairwoman of FBN Levant and has been a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Saint Joseph University of Beirut for over 25 years. A regular speaker at regional and international conferences, she frequently addresses topics including corporate governance, family business governance, succession planning, business continuity, leadership, and women on boards

Patrick Charabati

Patrick Charabati is the Managing Partner and Director of After Sales Operations at MEDEVCO SAL, a family business established in 1975, active in construction and agricultural equipment, trucks, compressed air systems, and airport GSE. He holds an MBA from ESA Business School and a Mechanical Engineering degree from AUB. He also serves on the boards of several Lebanese business and industry associations.

Roula Khoury

Roula Khoury is the Founder and Chief Excutive Officer (CEO) of Quinta Group formerly Robinson Agri. With over two decades of expertise in financial planning and a persistent passion for agriculture, she has successfully steered Quinta Group towards sustainable growth and innovation.  In addition to her agricultural endeavors, Roula Khoury is the Founder and General Manager of Elysee Wise, a factory specializing in irrigation and potable water PE pipes, established in joint venture with Elysee-Cyprus. Roula Khoury is also an active member of various professional associations. Above all, Roula Khoury is a committed advocate for ESG principles. She recognizes that businesses have a fundamental role to play in addressing environmental challenges, promoting social well-being, and adhering to strong governance practices.

Bassem Bawab

Dr. Bassem Bawab is the Managing Partner & General Manager of Rafic Bawab & Co S.A.L, where he has devoted 90% of his practice in managing and developing the company from a limited liability to a corporation in the last 30 years. He is also a part time Instructor at the American University of Beirut, teaching Organizational Behavior. An active actor in the civil society sector participating in many seminars, panels, and TV talk shows, on issues related to Economics and Automotive Sector, Dr. Bawab has extensive experience in family business development, economic research, program management, organization behavior, marketing development, and corporate social responsibility. Dr. Bassem Bawab also serves as board member in multiple associations.

Chadia El Meouchi Naoum

Chadia El Meouchi Naoum is the Managing Partner of the regional law firm Badri and Salim El Meouchi and a member of the New York Bar. A multiple award-winning corporate lawyer, she has received international recognition, including being named among the Top 50 Women in Middle East Finance. A Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, she serves on corporate boards and is a globally sought-after speaker.

Hovig Kozobiokian

Dr. Hovig Kozobiokian, is a Managing Partner of Dekerco, a leading importer, producer, and distributor of frozen and chilled food, with over 25 years of leadership experience in the food industry. He is a part-time lecturer at AUB and LAU and a frequent speaker, panelist and moderator on family business governance, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Lamies Miqdadi

Lamies is a Non-Executive Board Member of the Agrimatco Group, a family-owned global leader in agricultural distribution with operations in 48 countries. She is also the co-founder and managing partner of a real estate rental and property management company based in Amman, overseeing investments and operations across Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, and Cyprus. Lamies holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Communication from Emerson College and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Leicester.

Lena Idriss

Lena currently serves as a Board Member of FBN Levant bringing FBN  expertise in international marketing , communications and strategic planning.  With over 20 years' experience in membership based organizations she supports the organization's sustainable long-term vision . Her previous achievements include spearheading the transition of  a non-profit into sustainable social business model to promote long term objectives.  She also has taught Executive MBA courses at the American University of Beirut.  Extremely Passionate about community impact and bridge building , Lena is committed to advancing the non-profit's mission through insight and thoughtful leadership.

Nour Bitar Hajj is the Managing Partner of Engineering & Building Co. EBCO (BITAR) and owner of several businesses across construction, education, healthcare, and community development. An AUB BA & MBA graduate, she serves on several boards, driving growth through good governance and strong leadership. Passionate about creating positive impact, she is committed to building successful organizations and meaningful community change.

Kelly Bardawil

Kelly Bardawil is a fourth-generation member of the Bardawil Family Business and currently leads the Marketing Department at Bardawil’s operations in Lebanon. Kelly serves as Leader of FBN NxG Levant and is a Board Member of FBN Levant. She is passionate about bringing together family business members, creating meaningful connections, and fostering conversations around leadership, continuity, and innovation. Kelly holds a B.A. in Political Science from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from IE University in Madrid.

Wael Kabbani

Wael Kabbani is the Managing Director of Kabbani Logistics Services, the Beirut-based freight-forwarding and customs-clearance house his family has run since 1934. A third-generation logistics leader with 27 years across MENA, he previously served as CEO of Agility Logistics in Saudi Arabia and of LSC in Riyadh. He is also the founder of Oravio, an AI platform for trade and customs.
