Leading with Emotional Intelligence, The Human Side of Business Success Workshop

Our members gathered at the SmallVille Hotel on July 21, 2026 for an engaging workshop on Leading with Emotional Intelligence, led by Dr. Marie-Anne El Khoury, Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Professor of Psychology at the Lebanese American University. Dr. Marie-Anne guided members through an interactive session exploring the human side of business success and how emotional intelligence can strengthen leadership, communication, and relationships within family businesses. Filled with meaningful discussions, practical activities, and shared experiences, the workshop created a space for members to reflect on the importance of empathy, emotional awareness, and human connection , in building stronger teams and healthier family business dynamics. It was an insightful evening of learning and connection, reminding our members that behind every successful business are the people, relationships, and values that shape its journey.
